After graduating university, I joined Hays in September 2015. So that I can offer my clients and candidates the greatest possible benefit, I have focused my work specifically on the fields of Insurance & Banking. 
 
Prior to joining Hays, I graduated with a Master's degree in International Management/CEMS from Vienna University of Economics and Business and have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Vienna.

I am currently responsible for permanent employment in Financial Services and IT.

I gained my first experience in the HR area while studying human resources management at the university of applied sciences for management and communication in Vienna.

After completing my studies, I joined Hays Österreich GmbH as a Manager of Candidate Relations in the IT area, where I deal with all IT topics not related to the field of banking and insurance. My task is to find experts for current project offers of Hays.

I studied economics and socio-economics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. During my studies I also completed a number of internships.

In 2010, I joined Hays Österreich GmbH initially supporting the IT team, but subsequently moved to Engineering where I have been assisting and supporting experts across all areas since 2011.
