1. Recommendation

Anna recommends Hays to her friend Emir.

2. Application

Emir applies for a position at Hays based on her recommendation.

3. Initial telephone conversation

Emir is given the opportunity for a first telephone interview with Hays as well as the offer of a personal or an online interview at Hays.

4. Placement offers

Emir receives suitable project and placement offers from Hays.

5. Successful placement

Emir is placed in a project or permanent position at our clients.

6. Referral bonus

Anna is happy to receive a referral bonus*.

* The recommended candidates must be unknown to Hays. A placement and a start in the project at one of our clients has to be made within six months of recommendation. The placment must be made via a direct souring. The payout amounts to € 400 net. Examples of private contacts are family members, friends, acquaintances, neighbours, fellow students or business contacts. This campaign is set to run until 31/12/2024.
