Expert End User Support (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Deploy, install, update, patch and maintain Windows desktop clients including
- Standard office tools, such as Outlook, Skype, Office Pro, Cisco AnyConnect, Windows Defender, etc.
- Support users locally on site and remotely
- Manage file shares, groups and permis-sions
- Evaluate, select, configure and purchase, inventory, distribute and ship client hardware Perform induction trainings about the IT environment for new starters
- Create, update and maintain knowledge base and selfhelp articles
Your profile
- User support administrator with profound experience in this role
- Excellent interpersonal, team and commu-nication skills
- Proficient language skills in German and English, other European languages are a benefit
- Highly motivated and a self-starter with ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Very good self-reliance and self-organization
- Service orientation and willing to work in a very international employee environment
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 and 7 clients
- Experience with AD Manager Plus and Lansweeper is a plus
- Strategic and structured thinking
