IT PMO Central Interface Development (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Design a bi-directional data sharing concept for the exchange of core customer data between smart and its sales agents
- Definition of core customer data that shall be shared on the Sales side including definition and description of use cases
- Alignment with Dealer Management System providers in all European smart markets
- Overall Project Management and Steering of the service implementation provider
- Ensure adherence to smart principles of data security, compliance and competition law
- Preparation of Management meetings and reporting
- KPI and project progress tracking
- Close alignment with internal stakeholders from smart Aftersales, Network and eCommerce
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, economics or a comparable degree
- Experience in automotive retail business (Sales and/or Aftersales)
- Experience with/ Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems
- IT knowledge
- Experience in project management
- Business fluent in English and German
