Project Manager for RTC ASR Projects (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- You are responsible for leading standard service (customization) projects for AUTOSAR based controllers.
- You clarify customer requirements.
- You are responsible for the interfacing with the Elektrobit sales department.
- You coordinate (remote) teams for Software integration.
- You are responsible for the timing, quality and budget controlling during project execution.
- You lead and coordinate project support for Tier1 customers in the classic AUTOSAR domain.
- You are responsible for the pre analyzing of customers (mainly Tier1) and support requests in a ticket system.
- You coordinate supporters to ensure support request solution within agreed parameters.
- You monitor KPIs for 1st and 2nd level support.
- You handle escalations with the related customer project.
- You support our customers with their planning along product roadmaps and timelines
- You are responsible for interfacing to the Elektrobit product development team.
Ihr Profil
- You have experience and knowledge of the Automotive Software project life cycle.
- You have a reliable and committed way of working.
- You have strong communication skills, also towards the customer.
- You ideally have a software development background.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Experience in the AUTOSAR domain is a strong advantage.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
