Design Project Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of detailed project plans (objectives, tasks, resources, timelines)
- Coordination of project teams
- Ongoing monitoring and reporting of project progress, including deviation analysis
- Active change management in the event of structural or content-related project changes
- Ensuring complete and traceable project documentation
- Conducting feasibility studies based on technical data
- Participation in the planning and design of production layouts and manufacturing lines
- Technical project coordination and alignment with customers regarding process and manufacturing topics
- Planning and control of all project-related activities to achieve project goals
Profile
- Solid experience in project management of technical projects (product development / manufacturing environment)
- General technical understanding or technical background
- Experience in managing and coordinating project teams of varying sizes
- Very good English skills are mandatory (project language)
- German skills are an advantage but not mandatory
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Experience with MS Project or comparable project management tools is an advantage
- PMP certification or a comparable project management qualification is an advantage
