IT Project Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Develop structured project plans, monitor progress, and address emerging issues with timely corrective actions
- Oversee financial aspects of the project, ensuring responsible budget management and cost control
- Ensure the project meets its defined objectives, including scope, quality, timelines, and expected outcomes
- Maintain strategic alignment and overall coherence of the project
- Provide expert input to guide the design and purpose of key project deliverables
- Establish transparent communication channels with all stakeholders to support collaboration and clarity
- Identify and manage dependencies with other projects, working closely with fellow project managers
- Perform risk assessments and prepare mitigation measures to protect project success
- Deliver regular, clear, and proactive status updates to stakeholders and sponsors
- Ensure compliance with internal project governance standards and methodologies
Profile
- Hands-on experience leading complex IT projects from start to finish, demonstrating strong independence and ownership
- Solid understanding of modern project management methodologies, supported by relevant certifications
- Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Confident leadership skills with a proven ability to guide, support, and motivate cross-functional teams
- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating contributions from diverse partners
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Effective negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with major enterprise platforms and business systems is considered advantageous
