- CHC Senior Accounting Partner will provide Account to Report (A2R) processing and related services with end to end accountability. GBS is setting up a new captive shared service centre in Hungary and North America with processing capabilities and expertise and in country / MCO to provide front line services
Ihre Aufgaben
- Assets Management
- Tax and Interco accounting
- Treasury accounting
- GL accounts closing and reporting
- Be the A2R partner to the local business and provide value add services to key stakeholders through proximity, knowledge of local business, culture and language
- Jointly with the Captive Centers, deliver end to end services
- Facilitate resolution of operational issues in an effective and timely manner
- Monitor operational KPIs and compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines
- Drive continuous improvement
- CHC Senior Accounting Partner reports to Head of Finance Operations (Country / MCO) and works closely with Finance (Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Internal Control), other GBS departments, Customer Service and A2R teams in the Captive Shared Service Centers
Ihr Profil
- Graduate or Master’s degree in finance or accounting
- experience in Account to Report processes in an international, multicultural, complex environment
- Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
- Understanding of the end-to-end A2R processes and SBS organization
- Knowledge of A2R processes at transaction level
- Experience of SAP FICO and other IT tools
- Digital acumen to leverage IT to drive process simplification
- Customer orientation with ability to understand and meet their requirements
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Team player, cooperating with direct and remote teams with an end to end service delivery mindset
- Profound English knowledge
