End-to-end responsibility: You manage the entire recruitment process across multiple business units—from needs analysis and candidate selection to contract negotiation within our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) framework.
Impactful communication: You guide candidates through the entire application journey up to onboarding and act as the central point of contact for applicants, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Trusted interface: You operate as an extension of the HR department—either directly on-site with the client or from our office—and ensure smooth collaboration between Enterprise Solutions and client teams.
Consulting with foresight: You support management with strategic questions around talent acquisition and contribute your expertise to reporting and analytics.
