Our leadership

Our leadership team at Hays Austria consists of experienced and dedicated professionals. Led by Managing Director Mark Frost and Alexander Heise, CEO for Germany and the CEMEA region, our leadership team offers innovative and modern workforce solutions. We are particularly proud that 63% of our leadership positions in Austria are held by women, highlighting our commitment to diversity and inclusion. 
Our Managing Director in Austria has dedicated more than 25 years of his career to Hays, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the company. In this video, he shares the reasons that originally motivated him to join Hays, as well as the ongoing motivation that inspires him to go to the office every day.
