You identify talent - using our database, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.
You conduct initial interviews and make qualified pre-selections for our clients.
You negotiate professionally - acting as the central point of contact for contract and compensation topics.
You document thoroughly - ensuring all information is clearly recorded in our CRM system.
Your profile – full of potential and personality
You have completed a university degree - career changers are warmly welcome.
Initial experience in recruiting or active sourcing is a plus—but not a must.
You’re communicative, professional, and enjoy building new connections.
You work in a goal-oriented, structured, and self-driven manner.
You are fluent in both German and English at a professional level.

Contract management with accountability: You oversee the entire contract process—from creation and adjustments to extensions and closures.
