Our Mentoring Program 

To ensure a successful start, every new employee is accompanied by a mentor from day one. Mentors provide support throughout the onboarding process, introduce new hires to the Hays world, and are available for both administrative and professional questions. Through our “training-on-the-job” approach, practical tasks are gradually taken on alongside onboarding at the Austrian Learning Center, enabling independent work and responsibility from the very beginning.
