This is how we successfully bring accountants and companies together

We place accountants according to our effective "Find & Engage" concept. This means: We know our applicants very well and know what qualifications and strengths they have. In order to find the right candidate for each company and every vacancy, it is our top priority to know both sides exactly and to bring their requirements and wishes together.

Our recruiters create selection lists of our applicants on the basis of search networks and data analyses. These allow us to access candidates who meet the requirements of companies, even if they are not currently actively looking for a job. With this network, our HR specialists then succeed in quickly establishing contact between companies and applicants.

After both sides have been able to get to know each other intensively and there is an interest in cooperation, all contractual framework conditions are coordinated with us.
