Controller (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the monthly group reporting and assisting in the preparation of regular reports and key figures for management and stakeholders
- (Active) Support in the preparation of the periodic forecast and annual budgeting
- Continuously monitoring and analysing financial and business developments, including budget variances, providing explanations and recommendations
- Internal contact person for analyses and evaluations of various business areas
- Monitoring and analysing transfer pricing processes
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree (or in education to master) in Accounting, Finance & Controlling or a related field
- Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior financial management role
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (Swiss GaapFER or IFRS), financial regulations, and reporting standards
- Experience working in an international organisation with numerous companies and cost centres
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems (Workday, SAP etc)
- Fluent German and good English skills
