Hardware Refresh Support Worker (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Handover guidance to end-users
- IT Support related to new laptops, e.g. mapping of mailboxes and file shares, OneDrive and SharePoint sync etc.
- Asset management of new and returned HW
- Preparation of new devices
- Support with admin tasks
Profile
- Broad customer focus with a passion and drive for customer satisfaction and delivering business values
- Ability to work independently and responsibly, showcasing a strong work ethic but also to work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and insights within the team
- Proficiency in English and German with excellent communication skills
- Certificate ICT Supporter or similar
- Experience in application and network support, incident management, and IT asset management
- Knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems, Support Asssistant from Dell and knowledge of Intune along with M365 suite, Identity Management
