Head of Advisory (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Lead the global Advisory function and ensure alignment with CIO strategy
- Manage and develop multi-location advisory teams
- Translate macro views and asset-allocation frameworks into client-ready proposals
- Oversee portfolio monitoring, risk checks and rebalancing needs
- Drive digital advisory transformation and scalable advisory models
- Collaborate closely with Private Bankers, Trading, Risk and Compliance
Profile
- Extensive experience in private banking/wealth management; solid experience in investment consulting
- Solid leadership experience with cross-border teams
- Strong expertise in asset allocation, portfolio construction and financial instruments
- Deep understanding of suitability rules and cross-border regulations
- Fluent in English and advanced Spanish; French/Portuguese beneficial
- CFA/CAIA/CWMA or similar certifications highly valued
