Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the client global Paid Media strategy, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders such as eCommerce, Content Office and the larger Digital Marketing teams, in order to achieve brand and commercial targets
  • Align, inform and challenge the overall Marketing and eCommerce roadmap to generate efficient growth, mitigate risks and achieve traffic and revenue goals
  • Create reporting, dashboards and provide insights based on analysis 
  • Initiate and support media projects (e.g. attribution, margin optimization, new platforms)
  • Brief and align with several external agencies on paid media strategy and activation
  • Digital Marketing team: for brand, campaign, traffic and revenue planning
  • ECommerce team: to align on commercial goals and implementation roadmap
  • Content Office: to align and inform content creation and adaptation (images, copies, etc.)
  • Product teams: to ensure clear understanding of products and alignment with consumers expectations on media channels
  • Agencies: set targets, brief and steer support from several agencies for search, display, video and paid social activations
  • Marketing platforms AMs: align together with agencies on short/mid/long term goals, share feedback, work on building shared roadmaps

Profile

  • Hands-on experience in paid media, in particular on Google and Meta activations
  • Ability to influence teams and leaders within the organization to ensure brand and commercial priorities in overall media planning
  • Experience and passion for performance marketing, eCommerce, digital media
  • Proficiency with key paid media tools: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Keyword and Display planner 
  • Experience with Analytics tools, in particular Google Analytics
  • Experience with marketing A/B testing and continuous optimization
