Country Manager Austria (AIFM) (m/f/d)

Vienna

You are responsible for the set up, the operative day-to-day business as well as long term strategy for the Austrian company
You establish an office presence in Vienna and set first foot in the Austrian market
You build a strong sales team and establish a sales and market entry strategy and sales targets together with your international support system and the Management team
You adapt the investment funds portfolio and products to local standards and needs and set up a client target list
You build up your client network, are present in the market and keep a close eye on sales KPIs and ensure positive netfee growth
You manage and develop your local team, are a role model, strong manager and decision maker
