Junior Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Supporting the team with daily payroll-related post and correspondence
- Answering emails and tickets from employees and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Preparing and handling unemployment-related documents
- Supporting day-to-day payroll administration tasks
- Ensuring accurate documentation and data maintenance in HR/payroll systems
- Collaborating closely with HR, Payroll and external partners when required
Profile
- First experience in Payroll, HR Administration or a similar role is an advantage (career starters welcome)
- Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with emails, ticket systems and digital tools
- Fluent German and good command of English
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
