Software Asset Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of SAM/ITOM tooling (e.g., ServiceNow), including integration of external catalogues
- Provide conceptual guidance on global collaboration between central and local licensing functions
- Develop and refine global license management guidelines
- Perform license demand and usage analyses
- Drive RFI/RFP processes for selecting a managed service provider in the licensing environment
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose optimization measures
- Provide expert support in commercial SAM topics
Profile
- Experience with SAM/ITOM tools, preferably ServiceNow
- Solid project management background
- Strong expertise in software license management (ideally SAP, Microsoft, Oracle)
- Analytical, structured, solution-oriented work style
- Strong communicator with international stakeholder experience
- Independent, proactive, reliable working attitude
- Fluent German and English
