CMDB ServiceNow Architect (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a CMDB within ServiceNow
- Model CI classes and relationships (dependencies, service hierarchies e.g.)
- Steer the overall approach, make key design decisions and validate the work delivered by third-party vendors
- Implement CMDB components to demonstrate best practices
- Ensure a high-quality and sustainable CMDB that is well aligned with the operational needs
Profile
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB implementation in large-scale environments
- Proven record of multi-source integration and complex data reconciliation
- Experience within telecommunications or network infrastructure domains is a clear advantage
- Familiarity with CMDB lifecycle governance models
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CMDB or Discovery) and ITIL v4 Foundation
- Modules: ITOM Core, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB Health, Integration Hub
- Scripting: JavaScript, Glide API
- Interfaces: REST / SOAP API, MID Server, JSON/XML
- Tools: TNI, StableNet, FNT Command, Ansible, SN Discovery
- Cloud environments: AWS or Azure or GCP
