Clinical Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Will assist the leader for clinical aspects of one or more project(s) in any of the Franchise brand(s) and/ or local brands.
- Collaborates with other technical and commercial team members to understand project needs and to effectively manage specific aspects of clinical study projects from idea and design to set up, conduct reporting and/or publication.
- Has an interest in the science underlying clinical trials and able to apply this scientific understanding to ensure that operational aspects of the trial support an unbiased outcome.
- Diligently follows internal process and SOPs in the conduct of clinical studies, including efficient budget management.
- Assumes operational responsibility for clinical aspects of Sponsor function in clinical studies according to all applicable regulations (e.g., ICH GCP).
- Ensures compliance with ethical, medical and scientific principals in line with regulatory obligations considering the global strategic focus, in close collaboration with internal and external partners.
Your profile
- An MD, PharmD or biological sciences graduate or PhD with 5+ years’ experience in Pharma/ Healthcare Industry in the area of clinical affairs, with relevant hands-on clinical trial management expertise in medicines. Trial experience in food supplements and medical devices also an advantage.
- In addition to the PEAK performance skills expected of a Scientist demonstrates a high level of competency in Technical Mastery, Problem-solving Business Acumen, Collaboration, Communication, Strategic thinking, and Diversity.
