Your responsibilities
- As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Grid Automation business unit based in Skovlunde. You will work with a variety of interesting projects within Substation Automation. You will be responsible for managing the entire project, from initial handover from Sales to the completion of all on-site work.In this exciting role, your responsibilities will consist of:
- Leading the international project team, motivating, and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers
- Managing the customer contract and taking full responsibility for all commercial aspects of the project.
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with policies and contractual agreements.
Your profile
- 2+ years of project management experience within a similar field of work
- Bachelor's or master's in Electrical Engineering or El- instatatør
- In addition to your proven track record in project management, your credentials will include the ability to integrate into our international team.
- Certifications in project management (IPMA, PMI or equivalent) would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in the use of English at a business level.
- Self- driven and proactive
- Solution-oriented with a positive mindset
- Interested in working with the execution or projects
- Nice to haves:
- Experience from either off or onshore wind
- Knowledge within contract terms, conditions, and delivery terms
- Preferred experience with EPC projects.
- Technical knowledge and experience of the industry is a plus
- A good financial understanding for budgets and experience within procurement
