Your responsibilities

  • As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Grid Automation business unit based in Skovlunde. You will work with a variety of interesting projects within Substation Automation. You will be responsible for managing the entire project, from initial handover from Sales to the completion of all on-site work.In this exciting role, your responsibilities will consist of:
  • Leading the international project team, motivating, and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. 
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers
  • Managing the customer contract and taking full responsibility for all commercial aspects of the project.
  • Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
  • Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with policies and contractual agreements.

Your profile

  • 2+ years of project management experience within a similar field of work
  • Bachelor's or master's in Electrical Engineering or El- instatatør
  • In addition to your proven track record in project management, your credentials will include the ability to integrate into our international team.
  • Certifications in project management (IPMA, PMI or equivalent) would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in the use of English at a business level.
  • Self- driven and proactive
  • Solution-oriented with a positive mindset
  • Interested in working with the execution or projects 
  • Nice to haves: 
  • Experience from either off or onshore wind
  • Knowledge within contract terms, conditions, and delivery terms
  • Preferred experience with EPC projects.
  • Technical knowledge and experience of the industry is a plus
  • A good financial understanding for budgets and experience within procurement
