Your responsibilities

  • Understanding our client’s Talent challenges and crafting intelligent solutions to address their challenges
  • Being a trusted advisor on Talent solutions for clients, guiding them throughs ways they can best deliver against their needs
  • Internal and external partners will look to you to offer subject matter expertise specific to domain knowledge, sector and region
  • In line with the global operating model, shaping, development and ongoing enhancement of consulting/advisory products and services
  • Development of key materials to support consistent delivery of consulting/advisory products and services
  • Driving effective knowledge transfer and building the internal team’s capability in developed products and services to enable successful client delivery
  • Monitoring successful delivery of products and services across the global enterprise portfolio and identifying ongoing requirements for product and service enhancement
  • Identification, onboarding and management of partners supporting development and delivery of consulting/advisory products and services
  • Agreeing new consulting/advisory products and services to be scoped and developed in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Day-to-day management of the regional advisory/consulting teams as appropriate
  • Working with the regional heads of sales and regional MDs, accountable for the achievement of annual Advisory sales targets for the region

Your profile

  • In-depth experience in a consulting agency is a clear advantage
  • A good understanding of people related Advisory services, type of offerings and how they can address business challenges
  • Demonstrable success in building and delivering Advisory services to clients
  • Prior experience in having worked with clients / client facing roles in developing and implementing people related solutions to address certain business challenges
  • Experience and ability to create convincing client solutions that secure new business and further develop existing contracts
  • Good knowledge of the market, competitors, trends, and approaches
  • Experience writing and proof-reading bids
  • Ability to quickly build strong working relationships
  • Positive, proactive and example setter
  • Demonstrable communication, influencing and listening skills
  • Proven ability to produce high quality and accurate written documentation and reports
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously and within a matrix
  • Flexible and adaptable to change – open and able to learn new skills
