Your responsibilities

  • Independently handle a wide range of assistance tasks in an international, dynamic and complex environment
  • Plan and coordinate appointments, business trips and company-wide meetings
  • Preparation of presentations, reports and protocols for the top management
  • Communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on a global scale
  • Responsibility for finance related projects and acting as point of contact for the different teams across the company

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in the area of management assistance in an international company environment
  • Advantageous is experience in the area of Controlling Or Finance in general
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Business fluent in English
  • Reliable, structured and discreet way of working
  • Good stakeholder management, communication and networking skills

Salary information

  • The compensation for this position is at least € 58,000 gross per year. An overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and experience.
